iDEA 2026
25 years and the next Generation
Join DEA's Medical Students as they proudly host iDEA2026 at the Melbourne Museum this October.
Together, we will celebrate 25 years of Doctors for the Environment Australia and look towards the next generation of medical practioners and students as they continue to protect health through care of the environment.
Our 2 day conference will explore DEA’s history, achievements, and advocacy journey hearing from some of the very first members of the organisation.
We will consider the persperctives of the various generations in regards to the health of the planet and the healthcare system as we look towards the future.
We will seek to learn from First Nation's approach to environmental stewardship and how this can positively impact human health and the planet.
